At work, Dr. Janke is “all education-all the time.” As an academic administrator, she dreams up new courses, investigates ways to improve instruction, or finds students that may need (or enjoy!) our classes. Dr. Janke started her career at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and came to the U in 1997. In her spare time, she can be found working with her daughter's Girl Scout troop, staffing her church's food shelf or traveling the U.S. (Starwood Vacations!). Dr. Janke is committed to developing courses that meet the drug-related educational needs of undergraduate and professional students. If you have an idea for a course, just let her know!
